Dave Jones is the owner and President of SERVPRO of Stillwater and Guthrie. Dave has over 20 years of experience in the disaster restoration industry, and is a graduate of Arizona State University. He and his team handle everything from small residential jobs to large commercial projects. Dave is IICRC certified in Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Anti-Microbial Remediation and Commercial Drying Specialist.
Will Kimbrough
Will is the V.P. of Operations here at SERVPRO of Stillwater/Guthrie. Prior to joining Team Jones Will spent over 19 years consulting local businesses in best practices and growth and joins Team Jones with vast amounts of operation and sales experience. Will is responsible for the direction, health, implementation and success of our work and is especially focused on long-term strategy planning, day-to-day operations, national sales and relationship building, and territorial expansion through new franchise acquisition. Will spent the past 12 years of his career working for SERVPRO Corporate as a franchise business consultant and consulted on the topics of production, operations, marketing, human resource management, business development, strategic planning and B2B team building. Will graduated from Delta State University with a BBA in Marketing and and has the following certifications from the Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification (IICRC): Water Damage Restoration Technician, Applied Structural Drying Technician, Fire and Smoke Restoration Technician and Upholstery Fabric Cleaning Technician.
Kyle Alexander
Kyle Alexander serves as Vice President of Reconstruction Services for SERVPRO of Stillwater & Guthrie. Kyle has over 20 years experience in the construction industry and 17 years in Insurance Restoration. Kyle graduated from Chapman University with a BA in Criminal Justice in 2002 and relocated to Oklahoma with his family in 2008 from California. Kyle has experience in both commercial and residence reconstruction / remodel projects and will work diligently to complete your job in a timely manner.
Dennis McKinley
Dennis McKinley joined SERVPRO Team Jones in 2020 as our Vice President of Commercial Large Loss. Prior to coming on board, Dennis was the Commercial Large Loss Manager for SERVPRO Industries HQ in Gallatin TN.
Pam Donaldson
Pam Donaldson is the General Manager of SERVPRO of Stillwater & Guthrie. Some of her many responsibilities include: managing franchise accounting & reporting, auditing files, and developing & implementing annual office administration plans to improve office productivity. She uses her skills to train and coach all office personnel to efficiently perform all assigned tasks. She works hard to guarantee the satisfaction of all customers and uses her many years of industry experience to resolve any concerns that arise.
Mace Ward
Mace Ward is a Business Development Specialist for SERVPRO of Stillwater/Guthrie. Mace is a graduate of Oklahoma State University, with a degree in Business Administration and Management. This guy is a Cowboy through and through! Mace has been working with our Stillwater/Guthrie office since we opened the doors and we are proud to have him on our team! Every year Mace puts together the Lincoln Ward Memorial Golf Tournament - be sure and ask him about it when you run across him!
