After a pipe burst in this facility, this office suffered heavy flooding that damaged the carpet and walls. When the technicians of SERVPRO of Stillwater & Guthrie arrived, there was still water standing in the floor and on the carpets.

We brought in drying equipment to help the water to evaporate more quickly in order to prevent secondary damage. Secondary damage, which is damage that happens after the initial damage, will happen if the original damage is left for too long. One example of secondary damage is mold. Mold, which thrives on the presence of moisture, can grow very quickly. That is why it is important to make sure that the water is taken care of quickly when you have a loss like this.
